1 Introduction & Acceptance

jeja9 is an online entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the relationship between jeja9 and its users. By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are fully accepting these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply alongside these Terms and are considered an integral part of them.

jeja9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the jeja9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Identity: You must provide your identity as a valid individual.
• Single Account: Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

In cases where false information is provided or an account is created by concealing age, jeja9 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all balances.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally liable for any activity conducted from your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, notify the jeja9 support team immediately. Sharing your account details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

jeja9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or dishonest conduct.
• Disruption of the normal operation of the platform.
• Non-cooperation with the account verification process.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request due to gambling addiction issues.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jeja9 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). You can use the following methods to make a deposit:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital payment solution.

All deposits are processed instantly. The amount will not be added to your gaming balance until the deposit is properly confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The withdrawal method used must be consistent with the deposit method.
• jeja9 may require additional identity verification if needed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• jeja9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

jeja9 will not be held responsible for transaction delays caused by server issues or network outages from mobile banking service providers. In such situations, please contact our support team.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jeja9, you will receive a 150% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Here is an example of how the bonus amount is calculated:

• ৳1,000 deposit → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• ৳28,000 deposit → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳48,000 (maximum cap applies).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from bonuses must complete 20x wagering before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit + bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are only usable on games designated by jeja9.
• jeja9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if promotional terms are violated.
• The time period for fulfilling wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.

6 VIP Program

jeja9's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are subject to meeting the criteria set for the respective tier. jeja9 reserves the right to modify or suspend the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeja9 platform:

• Using any form of fraud, manipulation, or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Intentionally creating faults in any platform system or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or disrespecting other users.
• Abusing bonuses or intentionally applying strategies to circumvent bonus terms.

If any of the above activities are detected, jeja9 may close the relevant account and forfeit all balances.

8 Fair Play & Gaming Security

11 Limitation of Liability

jeja9 will not be liable for the following:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment service provider.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable during unplanned server maintenance.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.

In the above situations, jeja9 will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide assistance to affected users.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any transaction, game result, or account matter, please contact our customer support team first. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English, 24/7.

After a complaint is submitted, jeja9 will conduct an investigation within a reasonable time and inform you of the outcome. jeja9's final decision in resolving disputes will be binding.

14 Right to Modify or Discontinue Service

jeja9 reserves the right to take the following steps at any time:

• Add new games or remove existing ones.
• Modify or cancel promotions and bonus offers.
• Temporarily suspend services for maintenance.
• Restrict services in specific regions or on specific devices.

For significant changes, jeja9 will make reasonable efforts to notify users appropriately.
